**Agricultural Machinery Field Operation Quality Standards**
The Heilongjiang Provincial Technical Supervision Bureau has issued the "Agricultural Machinery Field Operation Quality Standards" to ensure the proper implementation of agricultural technologies and improve the quality of field operations. This standard is developed in accordance with the "Regulations of Heilongjiang Province Agricultural Machinery Management" and local provincial standards, aiming to meet the growing needs of agricultural technology development, marketization of agricultural services, and the need for standardized management of machinery operations.
This document serves as a technical basis for evaluating and regulating the quality of field operations. It covers 20 operational items related to mechanized tillage and 13 inspection methods outlined in the appendix. The standard features clear quality requirements, quantifiable indicators, and ease of use, making it accessible for inspectors and operators alike.
It follows the GB/T 1.1-1993 guidelines for standard drafting and presentation. The standard was proposed by the Heilongjiang Provincial Agricultural Machinery Standardization Technical Committee and is under the administration of the Heilongjiang Provincial Agricultural Machinery Administration. It was drafted by the Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Agricultural Machinery and the Heilongjiang Agricultural Machinery Bureau, and its interpretation is managed by the Heilongjiang Institute of Agricultural Machinery.
The standard applies to quality inspections of mechanized tillage and harvesting in Heilongjiang Province, serving as a reference for dispute resolution. It outlines detailed quality requirements for various operations such as plowing, deep loosening, harrowing, ridge building, soil compaction, fertilization, sowing, planting, transplanting, film covering, weeding, spraying, irrigation, harvesting, and stalk returning.
Each operation includes specific depth requirements, straightness, consistency, coverage, and other performance metrics. For example, plowing depth in autumn should be between 16–22 cm, while spring plowing should exceed 14 cm. Ridge spacing must be consistent within 2 cm, and soil compaction after pressing should reach a bulk density of 0.9–1.1 g/cm³.
Fertilization standards include precise depth, amount, and placement, ensuring even distribution and effective nutrient application. Sowing operations require accurate seed placement, with tolerances based on crop type, such as soybeans at 4–6 cm and corn at 5–6 cm.
Sprinkler irrigation must provide even water distribution, with droplet sizes between 1–3.5 mm and spray uniformity of at least 85%. Harvesting operations are evaluated based on loss rates, moisture content, and cutting height, with thresholds set to minimize grain loss and damage.
The standard also addresses post-harvest activities like stalk crushing and returning, ensuring that residues are evenly distributed and properly incorporated into the soil. Overall, this comprehensive guideline ensures that agricultural machinery operations meet high-quality standards, supporting efficient and sustainable farming practices in Heilongjiang.
