Working principle of oral liquid filling and capping machine

Oral liquid filling machine works:

(1) Transmission principle: The motor transmits the power to the worm gear shaft of the reducer via the pulley, and then the worm wheel shaft passes through the gears to transmit the power to the dial shaft and the filling part and the rolling head. The filling part, the capping head and the respective dials are synchronized, and the power is transmitted to the bottle injecting device through the bevel gear.

(2) Principle of filling part: The oral liquid bottle is sent to the transition wheel by the large dial wheel, and then sent to the timing belt by the transition wheel, and the bottle is dragged by the insert on the timing belt to run forward at a constant speed. Under the control of the tracking mechanism, the needle is inserted into the bottle mouth and runs forward synchronously with the bottle to achieve tracking filling. The submersible needle rises as the liquid level rises, and acts as a defoaming effect.

(3) Covering system: consisting of the cover rail, the cover head and the cover mechanism. The cover head adopts the principle of electromagnetic spiral oscillation, and the messy cover is properly lined up, and the reversing twist is entered into the cover rail. When the cover mechanism is worn, the cover is hung by the bottle and the cover is worn to make the cover wear.

(4) Rolling head: After the oral liquid bottle is put into the capping head turntable, the three rolling knives that have been opened will be centered on the bottle, rotate forward with the turntable, and press the lid under the control of the cam. The rolling knife is rolled to the cover under the action of the taper sleeve, and after being rolled, it leaves the lid and returns to the original position.

(5) Tracking and filling mechanism: the servo motor drives the gear and the rack to move, thereby driving the needle to reciprocate. By adjusting the relative position of the needle holder to the mounting bracket, the needle can be accurately inserted into the middle of the bottle mouth.
