Three major mistakes that should be avoided in the operation of agricultural machinery

First, tighten the cylinder head screws with a spanner wrench. In this way, it is easy to screw out the nut and make the screw tightening torque unevenly, which is easy to cause the cylinder head to be deformed in a plane. The special sleeve and the torque wrench are used to evenly tighten the diagonal line from the center to the edge.

The second is to use a silk cloth cover air filter. Some operators cover the air filter with a layer of silk cloth, which is considered to enhance the filter effect of the tractor and make the air cleaner. In fact, the silk cloth will hinder the air from entering the cylinder smoothly, so that the air supply to the cylinder is insufficient and the combustion is not complete, resulting in black smoke and power drop of the tractor.

The third is to wipe the parts with cotton yarn. When the diesel engine is overhauled, some of the operators will repeatedly scrub the parts and the interior of the crankshaft with cotton yarn and diesel oil, so that the oil stains are removed, but the tiles are burned after a short period of use. This is because a layer of cotton fiber is attached to the oil filter in the oil pan, which will hinder the oil from entering the oil passage and causing the tile to be burned. Therefore, the cleaning parts should be brushed.
