Yellow board trapping technology

Yellow plate trapping technology is a physical control technology that uses insect yellowing to trap agricultural pests.

First, the characteristics of the yellow board trap

Green, low cost, and self-made. Annual application can greatly reduce the number of medications. The method of coating the shellac on the yellow paper (plate) to trap the pests effectively reduces the density of the insects. It does not cause pesticide residues and pest resistance, and can treat a variety of pests.

   Second, the yellow board production method

Use lemon yellow Wantong plate (or plastic plate), or wood-painted lemon yellow paint, length and width 30cm × 20cm, evenly coated with a layer of adhesive shellac (Vaseline, yellow lubricant) on both sides of the board.

Third, the object of prevention

The yellow plate can be used in vegetable fields, tea gardens and orchards, and is mainly used to control small insects such as tea mites (winged mites), larvae, white mites, tea green leaf mites, and hummers.

Fourth, the field use method

1. Supported by bamboo (wood) sticks;

2, field distribution: checkerboard distribution, 20-25 yellow plates per acre, the height of the tea tree canopy 20-30 cm;

3, in order to ensure the adhesion of homemade yellow plate, it takes 1-2 weeks to recoat the oil; 4. The direction of the suspension is suitable for the direction of the plate.
