Scope, characteristics and technical parameters of cyclone decontamination

one. Cyclone decontamination product function

The XL(II) type cyclone decontaminator developed by our company integrates swirling and filtering, and is mainly used to remove groundwater and solid particles including underground hot water and other water sources, and realize sand removal and lowering in the field of water treatment. The effects of turbidity, solid-liquid separation and the like are remarkable.

two. Swirling decontamination unit

1. It is mainly suitable for water treatment and control of raw water and hydration; for example: river water, well water sand removal, coal washing water, industrial beneficiation, solid-liquid separation, liquid degassing and separation of non-inter-liquid solutions;

2. Can be widely used in water source heat pump systems, heating water, central air conditioning cooling water, chilled water, steel, power generation, chemical and other industrial and mining enterprises, tap water, sea water, surface water, groundwater and so on.

three. Cyclone decontamination product features

The utility model solves the problem that the conventional swirling (sanding) device has difficulty in handling dirt with small specific gravity such as suspended matter, leaves and paper scraps.

The utility model has the advantages of high decontamination efficiency, convenient cleaning, elimination of the valves and bypass pipes of the previous decontamination device, small resistance and constantness, simple structure, low cost, easy installation and operation, and almost no maintenance;

It has been included in the national "City Heating Manual" and the Jilin Province Standard "Unified Measures for Plumbing Design Technology".

four. Cyclone decontamination technical parameters

1. Processing effect

l Sand removal diameter: >0.1mm;

l effluent turbidity: ≤ 10 degrees;

l Head loss: <0.02Mpa;

2. Influent water quality

l Raw water turbidity: ≤300 degrees;

l Inlet water pressure: ≥ 0.25 Mpa;

l Working temperature: normal temperature.

Fives. How does the cyclone decontager work?

The XL(II) type cyclone desander is a new type of separation device which is made up according to the principle of sieving when solid particles in a fluid rotate in a desander, and then combined with a filtering device.

When the water flow is tangentially entering the equipment from the water inlet of the desander under a certain pressure, a strong rotary motion is generated. Due to the different sand water density, the water with low density is raised by the combined action of centrifugal force, centripetal force and fluid drag. It is discharged from the water outlet, and the dense sand is discharged from the sewage outlet at the bottom of the equipment. The individual fine particles floating together along the water flow are then filtered by the second stage filtering device to achieve the purpose of sand removal.

Compared with the current sand removing device on the market, the filtering unit is added (the filtering precision can be selected by the user), and the sand removing rate is high, the space is saved, the leakage rate of individual small particles is low, and the working state is stable.

Seven. Cyclone decontamination specification

Eight. Swirl decontamination equipment selection instructions

1. Equipment selection

(1). Before equipment selection, it must be clear:

a. The nominal diameter and connection method of the pipeline connecting the inlet and outlet of the desander;

b. Work pressure;

c. Swirl direction and relative position of the nozzle.

(2). According to the system processing flow or filtration accuracy, multiple “swirl decontamination devices” can be selected for series or parallel use.

(3). For systems with high precision requirements, according to the requirements of filtration accuracy, select the filter with higher precision after the cyclone decontamination device to avoid system blockage.

2. Swirl decontamination equipment installation

(1). Installation diagram

(2). The equipment can be installed directly on the ground or on a large foundation, and the ground or foundation must be level.

(3). The equipment inlet and outlet pipes and installation direction must be strictly in accordance with the identification on the equipment.

(4). The distance of the equipment casing should not be less than 300mm in principle.

3. Swirl decontamination equipment use

(1) When opening the drain valve, use even force to avoid human damage.

(2) After the initial operation of the new system for 24 hours, it is recommended to open the observation hole to check the debris in the cleaning machine.
