How to prevent industrial cold storage

In the dry season, it is very prone to fire. How to prevent fire in the already built cold storage? How can we reduce the chance of fire?
How to prevent industrial cold storage:
First, the characteristics of cold storage fire
1. The traditional detector cannot be used. The traditional fire detector is not suitable for installation inside the cold storage. Because the internal temperature of the cold storage is too low, the detector may be frosted or malfunction.
2. There are many fire hazards, electrical or mechanical failures such as air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, cargo transmission equipment, lighting equipment, polystyrene foam insulation materials, plastic packaging materials, and wooden pallets are flooded inside the cold storage. The temperature in the cold storage is very low, which causes the plastic outer skin of the cable to become brittle and easily broken, which further causes the line to be short-circuited and burned, and the air in the cold storage is abnormally dry, and the combustion is very rapid after the fire.
3. The fire is difficult to extinguish. The internal space of the cold storage is closed for a long time. The fire spreads along the insulation material. The internal space is large and there are many shelves. It is difficult for the water gun to cool the fire.
Second, the cold storage fire solution
High-sensitivity air-sampling smoke detector, in the cold storage application, the detection host can be installed outside the cold storage, and the air sampling pipeline can be extended to the inside of the cold storage tank, so that the high-efficiency air pump inside the main engine can be sampled through the air. The pipeline draws the air sample in the cold storage back to the detection host for smoke detection, and solves the problem that the detector is too cold to be used inside the cold storage. In addition, because the AVA air sampling smoke detector has very high sensitivity (more than 1000 times that of traditional smoke detectors), it can generate early warning signals in the early stage of the fire, so that you can have more time to find the fire source. Eliminate or control the disaster in the germination stage.
1. The air sampling pipeline design, under the ceiling, the spacing of the sampling holes is recommended to be within 6m, which is equivalent to the protection area of the sampling hole within 36 square meters. In the interior of a cold storage with shelves, and the ceiling height exceeds 12m, the sampling pipelines should be set at different heights. For example, if the ceiling height is 14m, the sampling line should be set along the shelf at a height of about 7m. Return air outlet, return air sampling can have very good early smoke detection effect, especially in the low temperature environment such as cold storage. High temperature smoke particles lose the upward thermal buoyancy after being cooled by the ambient temperature, and it is easy to be brought back by the airflow generated by the air conditioner. tuyere. Note that the sampling hole should avoid the position of the air conditioning air outlet.
2, installation precautions, using ABS tube, UPVC is easy to become brittle at low temperatures. Keep the sampling tube as far as possible from the wall or ceiling more than 300mm to avoid frosting. The side opening, the condensed water is easy to be generated at the lower edge of the pipeline, and the side opening can prevent the condensed water from clogging the sampling hole after the freezing, the detecting host is installed outside the cold storage, and the exhaust gas needs to be connected back to the inside of the cold storage. The pipeline must be connected to the heater immediately after it comes out of the cold storage to heat the internal air of the pipeline so that the pipeline outside the cold storage tank will not be frozen by the cold air inside the cold storage. The frozen pipeline may cause a large amount of surface condensation due to high external temperature, which may cause a freeze-thaw cycle, which may cause possible health and safety risks. The sampling line entering the heater should be level or tilted toward the heater to prevent condensation from flowing into the sampling tube causing ice to clog the sampling tube. When the heater or detector is installed outdoors, it must have a corresponding waterproof case protection.
