Oil seals, steel balls, springs, etc. must not be missed or misloaded. Second, the shoe brake re-assembly 1. Installation, should ensure that the friction lining no oil, iron, sand, and so on. 2. When the brake cam is in the middle position, the brake shoe is under the action of the return spring, and its working surface should be in close contact with the cam. At this time, there should be between the inner surface of the brake drum and the friction lining of the brake shoe. With a certain clearance, there should be no sticking when rotating the brake drum. 3. After the brake is assembled, the free stroke of the left and right pedals shall be adjusted on the tractor, and the free stroke shall be 40-50mm. The clearance between the shoe and the brake drum shall be guaranteed (0.5mm). Adjustment is achieved by changing the length of the lever. III. Reassembly of the band brake 1. Lubricate the camshaft with the cam facing up. 2. When turning the brake lever, the brake band should hold the brake drum tightly, but after releasing the lever, the brake drum should be able to rotate flexibly. At this time, the gap between the belt and the drum should be even. 3. The surface of the brake drum is smooth and flawless, and the depth of the rivet head on the new brake belt is not less than 1mm. 4. The contact surface between the drum and the belt should be kept clean and there should be no oil contamination.
