Water pump does not absorb water or undrain the repair. The reason for this is that the bottom valve is stuck, the filter water is partially blocked, the water absorption height is too high or the water absorption leaks. It may also be due to incorrect steering, blocked impeller passages, etc. After checking one by one, measures such as repairing the bottom valve, removing the plug, correcting the steering, and cleaning the impeller may be taken separately. 2. Repair of pipeline leaks or leaks. The nuts may not be tightly tightened during installation. If the leakage is not serious, you can apply cement or cement slurry mixed with asphalt oil in places where there is leakage or water leakage. Temporary repairs may be coated with wet mud or soft soap. If water leaks at the joint, tighten the nut with a wrench. Serious leakage must be re-installed. 3. Filler overheating repair. Due to too much pressure on the packing, the cooling water cannot enter the packing or the shaft surface is damaged, causing no work. Can take appropriate loose packing, clean up the blockage. Serious mechanical wear must be replaced with new ones. Soaked in the oil before installation, loaded by the circle, the incision should be staggered, so as to reduce leakage. After the last ring of packing is installed, the cover must be tightly fitted and the tightness adjusted after operation. 4. The pump vibration repair. The reason is that the electric rotor is unbalanced or the coupling is poorly coupled and the bearing wears and bends; it may also be loose parts and broken parts of the rotating parts; there are also reasons such as the lack of pipe brackets. Can be adjusted, repaired, reinforced, straightened, replaced, etc. 5. Disassembly and repair of the impeller. Impeller blades are damaged or subject to cavitation, etc. The surface has a lot of pits and they should be replaced or plated with carbide. When the wear is not great, it can be burned. When disassembling, firstly fix the impeller and the pump shaft, loosen the nut or turn the mounting screw of the device, then rotate the ejector pin screw, gradually pull out the rotating device, then remove the shaft from the pump housing, remove the impeller and send it to the repair shop for repair. 6. Repair of shaft defects. The bending of the pump shaft is caused by the impact load, the belt being over-tightened or improperly installed. If the bend is not too severe, you can use a manual screw regulator to correct, but the force should not be too fierce. If the pump shaft cracks or breaks, it can be welded, welded or forged, and then tempered and turned to ground.
