(4) **Taiwanese Jujube**: Introduced recently in Hunan, this variety is still limited in availability. The fruit is large, with an average weight of about 80 grams and a maximum of 130 grams. It has a delicate, crisp texture and a sweet taste. The fruiting period usually runs from late November to mid-March of the following year. One of its notable characteristics is that it flowers and ripens gradually, allowing for extended harvest periods and consistent production in the same growing season.
