1. Check and adjust the cylinder tightness The diesel flywheel is operated without decompression. If the disk does not move during the compression stroke, the cylinder seal is good. Then move the flywheel to half of the compression stroke, stay for 30-60 seconds, and then move. If it is still difficult to move, the cylinder seal is good. After removing the diesel engine belt and cranking it, add the accelerator to the rated speed, then immediately close the throttle and turn off the flame to observe the number of flywheel backswings after the flameout. If the flywheel oscillates back 4 to 5 times after the flameout, it means that the cylinder seal is good; the back swing is about 3 times for the general; if only swing back 1-2 times, it means the cylinder seal is poor. 2. Check and adjust the valve clearance. Remove the cylinder head cover. Slowly turn the flywheel with your left hand and slowly twist the exhaust valve push rod with your right hand. After the cylinder compression stroke, feel that the push rod has slight resistance and no axial turbulence. That is, the exhaust valve has just opened the position. At this time, see if the “exhaust valve open†line on the flywheel is aligned with the engraved line on the tank. If it is not aligned, you can first align this reticle, and then screw the valve clearance adjustment screw, so that the exhaust valve putter is just in contact with the adjustment screw ball socket (when the push rod is just moved to the squat ), and then tighten the lock nut; then continue to rotate the flywheel and turn the intake valve push rod, in the cylinder exhaust stroke in the early stage, when the feel of the push rod is not moving just right to be able to shake, see the flywheel on the "intake If the door is closed, the alignment line is aligned with the reticle on the tank. If it is misaligned, the alignment line can be aligned first, and then the valve clearance adjustment screw can be tightened so that the inlet valve putter is just in time with the adjustment screw ball. Contact with the socket (at this time, the push rod is just moved until the lever moves), and then tighten the lock nut. After adjustment, turn the flywheel to make the piston near the compression top dead center for review. It should be noted that for the old diesel engine before overhaul, the valve clearance should be properly reduced to compensate for the lack of valve opening caused by wear of the gas distribution cam. When adjusting the valve phase to meet the requirements, but the valve clearance is less than 0.2 mm, it means that the valve cam contour has worn more than 0.8 mm, and the valve should be replaced or repaired.
