First, the general conditions of the laboratory :
1. Determination of laboratory location:
The laboratory should be built in a factory away from the main roads and large earthquake sources, and the workshops with large smoke and dust are scattered.
2. Overall design of the laboratory:
According to the characteristics of laboratory materials and elements, each sub-chamber is set up, scientifically arranged and placed, and power lines, water pipes and sewage discharge pipes are arranged, and reasonable lighting, natural ventilation and lighting are arranged.
3 , laboratory power equipment
The diameter of the power supply wire of the introduction laboratory should be determined according to the total power of the laboratory equipment. The power supply of the laboratory should have a dedicated line and a good grounding.
4 , laboratory safety measures
Most of the chemicals are toxic, some are highly toxic, some are highly corrosive, and some are flammable and explosive. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the classification and storage. The qualified laboratories should set up special storage rooms such as medicines, and indoors should have fire prevention facilities.

Fifth, the workbench
The customer can purchase the reagent rack on the test bench. The operation such as the scale pipette and the test tube can be easily taken. It is convenient and practical, but it must be kept at a certain distance from the instrument. The test bench is close to the end of the pool and can be used to prepare various reagents. As well as the chemical operation platform, it is convenient to rinse the bottle tube after operation. The other part of the test bench is used for the main instrument. The balance, carbon sulfur analyzer and other elemental analyzers can be placed according to their own conditions. , General: The carbon sulfur analyzer series analyzer is set in the experimental position of the oxygen cylinder. Place the balance and the test bench in turn, and place other elemental analyzers at the corners. Be sure to note that the interval between the main instruments must be slightly larger to prevent mutual corrosion of the reagents and the influence of mutual working temperature and voltage.

Seven, a few points:
This laboratory is designed according to laboratory accreditation requirements. The laboratory is generally divided into a chemical analysis room and an instrument and instrument analysis room by gypsum board partition to meet the requirements of instrument analysis. Requires drainage, ventilation and power.
A : Fume hood specification (cm) 150*80*235 with fluorescent lighting inside. It comes with a small pool for easy analysis of the flow cooling operation. The physicochemical anti-corrosion material is used for the countertop. Comes with a power outlet.     
B: Acid and alkali resistant PPPV material for pool, basin and drainage pipes, size (cm) 85*75*85. With a drip stand, triple tap.
C: Dissolution table specification (cm) 130*75*85, physico-chemical anti-corrosion material for countertops, with a two-layer reagent bottle shelf,
D : The platform is equipped with standard specifications (CM) 90*60*80 marble countertops.
E: Multi-element analyzer table specification (CM) 110*75*85 Physicochemical anti-corrosion table. Leave a space under the table to place the multi-element analyzer water collection bin.
F: Carbon-sulfur analyzer table specification (CM) 150*75*85 Ordinary anti-wear table.
The above table is 85cm high and 75cm wide. The length is as shown in the figure. The table top can be made of phenolic resin board or epoxy resin board. The C and E tables are separated from the upper and lower floors to make glassware and medicine.
G : The carbon-sulfur analyzer is placed in a cylinder cabinet to place an oxygen cylinder. Cylinder cabinet specifications: (cm) 50*50*180
H : Sample preparation area, put a steel bench drill base, size (cm) 100*50*10, anti-vibration, can be moved.
Power supply: Install 220V three-phase power supply, each area has a power outlet. The socket depends on the instrument plug.
Lighting: Two fluorescent lamps in each room.
The chemical analysis room can be considered to install a window exhaust fan. The middle partition wall is made of a large glass partition at the height of 85CM of the experimental table to increase the light and make a flat push moving door.
The instrument room can be used as a sample cabinet for sample keeping, and air conditioning should be installed.
The above layout is convenient for analysis and operation in use. However, the laboratory is limited by the site, and the sample table is found to be good for a long time, such as 1.5 meters. The two instruments are also limited in length, and they don't feel wide in use. If there is no obstruction in the upper right corner, the pool can also be designed side by side with the fume hood. Due to steel testing, the fume hood should not be small. There are also bench drills and grinders required for tempering laboratories. Because the site is small, because the spark generated during the use of the grinder is not configured, it needs to be placed in another site. The bench drill uses a light bench drill that cannot be cheap. Due to the long-term drilling of iron, Zui uses a medium-sized bench drill of more than 1,000 yuan, otherwise the drill can not be used.
