According to Lin Feng, a research team consisting of the First People's Hospital of Wenling City, Hangzhou Zhiyuan Medical Laboratory, the Institute of Radiation Medicine and Radiation Medicine of the Chinese Academy of Military Medical Sciences, and the University of Missouri Columbia, USA, started the new coronavirus from the end of 1999. the study. During the study period, although no coronavirus was found, 7 HBoV virus gene sequences were detected from 240 specimens of hospitalized children with acute lower respiratory tract infection in Wenling First People's Hospital, and cloned and gene sequencing methods were used. The virus was subjected to whole gene sequencing. On July 26 this year, the gene sequence was included in the American Gene Database and named human HBoV-WLL-1. The research team also pioneered a rapid fluorescence quantitative gene amplification detection technology in China. Quantitative detection of HBoV in children with lower respiratory tract infections can be performed within 1 hour. The establishment of HBoV experimental diagnosis technology provides a new scientific basis for the rapid diagnosis, treatment and etiology of clinical causes of lower respiratory tract infection in children, and confirms HBoV in China. The prevalence of distribution and the importance of further development of vaccines are important.
