Second, the diagnosis of oil advance angle disorders 1. If the engine is difficult to start, there is a deflagration start, when the crankshaft has reversed when stopped or when there is a knocking sound during rapid acceleration, it can be judged that the fuel advance angle is too large. The advance angle is changed by changing the relative position of the oil pump and the connecting plate. When adjusting, loosen the fixing bolt and rotate the fuel injection pump at an angle. At this time, the camshaft does not move, and the tappet body moves along the cam profile to move the plunger to a certain distance, thereby changing the fuel supply advance angle. In general, when the counter camshaft rotates and turns the pump body, the advance angle of the fuel supply increases, and vice versa. 2 Turn the camshaft method. When the oil pump drive shaft and the oil pump are fixed, the coupling is loosened and the camshaft of the oil pump is rotated by an angle. After the oil pump is fixed, the oil feed advance angle is changed. The principle is the same as the rotary pump body method. 3 adjust the gasket method. If the working height of the fuel pump wheel body components is reduced due to the adjustment of the gasket wear, so that the oil supply advance angle changes, the adjustment gasket can be turned over and reused. If the adjustment of gasket wear is serious, the gasket can be replaced, but It must be ensured that the working dimensions of the wheel body parts do not change. For a single-cylinder diesel engine, the adjustment of the fuel advance angle is to increase or decrease the gasket at the interface between the oil pump housing and the gear box body, and the pad angle will increase. Otherwise, the gasket will increase or decrease by 0.1 mm. Change 1.7. 4 replacement method.
