Axial flow pump performance adjustment, usually using two methods: 1. Variable speed adjustment We already know that the axial flow pump is working at a certain speed, and get the corresponding flow, head, power and efficiency. When the speed changes, its performance parameters also change accordingly, so as to achieve the purpose of regulation. If the axial pump is powered by a diesel engine or a gasoline engine, the throttle can be changed to change the speed; if the axial pump and the power machine are connected by a V-belt or a flat belt indirect transmission, the diameter of the transmission pulley can be changed to change the speed. Both the driving wheel and the driven wheel can be used. The purpose is to change the transmission speed ratio. Variable-speed control of water pump performance, more economical, wider application, can be used for all agricultural pumps. 2. Angle change adjustment From the point of view of the structure, the axial flow pump impeller has a large hub, which facilitates the installation of blades with adjustable angles. When the blade installation angle is changed, the lift of the blade on the water is changed, which changes the working performance of the pump. This is the angle adjustment of the axial pump. As the installation angle of the blade increases and decreases, the flow, head, and power of the axial flow pump will change accordingly. However, there is no change in the highest point of efficiency, which is extremely beneficial to the performance adjustment of the axial flow pump. According to the structure of the impeller and the installation angle of the blade, the blades are divided into three types: (1) The fixed blade and hub are cast as a whole, and the blade mounting angle is fixed during design and manufacture, and cannot be adjusted during use. . This impeller is mostly used for small pumps. (2) On the impeller hub, the semi-adjusting blades loosen the fixing nut and the set screw of each blade. According to the requirements, the blade mounting angle is adjusted to be uniform and tightened. General blade installation angle from negative 100-180. Within this range, adjust according to usage requirements. (3) The blade vane is adjusted by means of a specially designed angle adjustment mechanism. It is possible to directly manipulate the mechanism to change the blade installation angle without disassembling the impeller. The adjustment range is from 0 to 260. Blade angle adjustment mechanism has two kinds of mechanical adjustment and hydraulic adjustment. This impeller is mostly used for large axial flow pumps.
