Operating Instructions for Cryostat / Thermostatic Bath / Thermostat
1. Fill the tank with the appropriate liquid medium. Ensure that the liquid level is not less than 30mm below the top of the platform.
2. Choosing the Right Liquid Medium:
A: For working temperatures below 5°C, alcohol is typically used as the liquid medium.
B: When the temperature range is between 5°C and 80°C, pure water is recommended.
C: For temperatures between 80°C and 90°C, a 15% glycerin aqueous solution is ideal.
D: When the operating temperature is between 90°C and 100°C, oil is the best choice.
3. Connecting the Circulating Pump:
A: Connect the internal circulation pump by attaching the outlet hose to the inlet tube.
B: For external circulation, connect the outlet pipe of the pump to the inlet of the outer container using a hose, and the inlet pipe to the outlet of the outer container. Note: The left-side pipe is the inlet, and the back pipe is the outlet.
4. Power On: Plug in the power cord, turn on the “Power†switch, then activate the “Cycle†switch.
5. Operating the Instrument:
A: Use the arrow keys (▲ for increase, ▼ for decrease) and the “SET†key to navigate and adjust settings.
B: To set the desired temperature, press the “SET†key to enter the setting mode. The last value will flash. Adjust the temperature using the shift key along with the plus or minus buttons. Once the desired temperature is set, press the “SET†key again to save the value. The display will now show the current temperature of the liquid in the tank, and the microcomputer will automatically control the system. Make sure the set temperature is at least 8°C higher than the ambient temperature.
C: If the desired temperature is lower than the ambient temperature, turn on the “Cooling†switch to reach the required temperature.
D: Other Parameters:
1SC = Measurement Correction, T = Time Proportional Period, P = Proportional Band, I = Integral Action, d = Derivative Action.
2. Press the “SET†key for 5 seconds to access the advanced parameter settings. The display will show “SC,†allowing you to adjust the measurement correction. After setting, press “SET†again to move to the next parameter, such as “T.†Continue adjusting each parameter as needed, and press “SET†for 5 seconds to return to normal operation and save all changes.
Note: 1. When setting the working temperature or other parameters, ensure you press the “SET†key within 15 seconds to save your changes. If no action is taken within 15 seconds, the original settings will be restored automatically.
2. Under normal use, avoid changing any parameters except for the measurement correction.
6. Once the measured temperature reaches the desired working temperature, calibrate the difference between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature in the bath by inserting a thermometer into the tank (follow the same procedure as described in section 5D).
Precautions for Use
1. Always add the liquid medium before starting the device.
2. Use a 50Hz, 220V power supply. Ensure the power source can support the total power of the instrument. A proper grounding system must be in place.
3. Place the instrument in a well-ventilated, dry area, keeping at least 30mm clearance from walls and obstacles on the sides and back.
4. After use, turn off all switches and unplug the power cable to ensure safety.
Dehydrated Garlic powder refers
to garlic that has been dried and ground into a fine powder. It is commonly
used as a seasoning in various cuisines.
Garlic powder 80-100 mesh refers to the particle size of the
garlic powder. The mesh size indicates the number of openings per linear inch
in a sieve. In this case, the garlic powder has a particle size that ranges
between 80 and 100 mesh.
Garlic powder 100-120 mesh, on the other hand, has a slightly
finer particle size compared to the 80-100 mesh variant. It ranges between 100
and 120 mesh, meaning the particles are smaller and more finely ground.
The difference in mesh size can affect the texture and
dispersibility of the garlic powder when used in cooking. Finer mesh sizes may
dissolve more easily in liquids and provide a smoother texture, while coarser
mesh sizes may have a slightly grittier texture.
Except for the different mesh size, we have different kinds of garlic powder: such as garlic powder 4-6 clove, garlic powder standard quality, garlic powder EU quality, and garlic powder B grade. And the garlic powder of 4-6 clove have the most pungent garlic flavour in these different kinds of garlic powder.
