Measure the pH value of the paste at about 3, and if the acidity is not enough, add appropriate amount of citric acid solution.

7 Drying: Put the pulp of the scraper into the drying room and bake it at a temperature of 55-65°C for 12-16 hours until the pulp turns into a tough peel.
