Product Introduction:
Prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) is a major prostaglandin found in human semen that acts as a vasodilator, a fibrinolytic agent, and an inhibitor of platelet aggregation. Additionally, PGE1 has been shown to affect protein kinase C (PKC), calcium movement, and adenylate cyclase yielding a multitude of physiological effects.

Alprostadil injection for the treatment of chronic arterial occlusion caused by limb ulcers and microvascular circulatory disorders caused by resting pain in the limbs, improve cardiovascular and cerebrovascular microcirculation disorders. Antithrombotic therapy after organ transplantation to inhibit thrombosis in transplanted blood vessels. Pediatric congenital heart disease patent ductus arteriosus, to alleviate hypoxemia, keep the catheter to wait for the timing of surgical treatment.
Funtion:
1. Treatment of hepatitis cirrhosis, cerebral infarction, diabetes, impotence, respiratory disease. Damage to liver function is not serious childA, B-class patients, especially childA-class patients have anti-fiber effect. For induction of labor, oxytocin, renal insufficiency, treatment of mumps, pancreatitis and so on.Â

Prostaglandin E1 is mainly used for myocardial infarction, heart failure, thrombotic vasculitis, chronic arterial occlusive disease, central retinal vein thrombosis, for cardiopulmonary bypass to protect platelets, arterial angiography, revascularization surgery.
2. Derivatives of peanut tetraene. Can significantly inhibit and release platelet aggregation, improve blood microcirculation, but also directly on the role of vascular smooth muscle, dilation of arteries, half-life of up to 5 to 10 minutes. Clinical use for all types of angina, reduce myocardial infarct size, maintenance of infant arterial duct opening, arterial and pulmonary hypertension, peripheral vascular disease and other forms of anticoagulation in the treatment of cardiopulmonary bypass.
