The quick-freezing process includes: acceptance of raw materials - washing - color protection - rinsing - manual grading - air extraction - blanching - primary cooling - secondary cooling - quick freezing - selection - ice wrap - packaging - frozen storage - transportation. Saline fresh-keeping will immediately cook the mushrooms after salting in the 19-wave culinary salt solution. After a few days, add appropriate amount of salt to maintain the 19-wave culinary salt solution. After 4 to 6 days, when the weight and pH are stable, they can be stored fresh.
