Filling machine application

Filling machine is a kind of packaging machinery, widely used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. The filling machine can not only improve labor productivity, reduce product loss, ensure packaging quality, but also reduce mutual pollution between the production environment and the materials being loaded. Therefore, the modern packaging industry generally uses mechanized filling machines.

Structural principle The filling machine mainly consists of three parts: the storage tank, the filling main unit and the variable frequency speed control belt.
The tank storage tank is located at the top of the machine and is an atmospheric tank with a level sensor and a feed solenoid valve. The material liquid sent from the previous process is put into the tank through the solenoid valve. When the appropriate liquid level is reached, the liquid level sensor sends a signal, and the electric control part controls the solenoid valve to close and stop feeding, when the material surface drops to a certain position. When the feed solenoid valve can be opened, it can be fed again. In the lower part of the storage tank, the discharge port is connected to the suction pipe of the filling host through the pipeline, and the liquid in the storage tank is pumped into the piston cylinder and then filled into the bottle through the nozzle.
The main body of the filling main machine is the main device for completing the filling operation. The front part of the main machine is equipped with a plurality of filling heads, and each side is equipped with a pumping cylinder, and each cylinder corresponds to one filling head. The liquid in the storage tank is drawn into the cylinder, and then pressed out, and poured into the corresponding bottle through the filling head. A micro-cylinder on the filling head drives a small piston to open and close the nozzle of the filling head to act as a valve. The entire filling head can rise and fall. At the beginning of the filling, insert the nozzle into the bottle, and open the small piston at a certain distance from the bottom of the bottle to start the filling. Fill the head and fill the edge until the filling is completed, and close the nozzle and raise it to the position of the bottle. . There are two small rods driven by two small cylinders on both sides of the filling table, one at the entrance of the bottle and the other at the outlet of the bottle. Their function is to work with the bottle opening device on the filling table. Position the bottle accurately so that the nozzle is exactly aligned with the bottle.
Conveyor belt conveyor motor is controlled by frequency converter to achieve stepless speed change and achieve the purpose of economic operation of the system. After the motor is started, the inlet cylinder is retracted, and the empty bottle is fed from the conveyor belt and starts to enter the bottle. The outlet cylinder then extends and the empty bottle that is fed is blocked by the outlet stop. The photoelectric switch is set at the inlet to detect the number of bottles. When the number of bottles is the same as the number of filling heads, the inlet cylinder is extended, the inlet is blocked from being stopped, and the conveyor motor is stopped. At this point, the filling head drops to the mouth of the bottle and begins to fill. After the filling is completed, the filling head rises, the outlet cylinder retracts, the conveyor motor starts to rotate again, the filled bottle is sent out, and then the inlet cylinder is retracted, and the photoelectric switch starts to detect the number of bottles.

Typical configuration The filling machine is controlled with HOLLiASLMPLC. The CPU module is responsible for the switching control of the filling machine system, including the control of the filling head solenoid valve, the cylinder movement solenoid valve, the storage tank solenoid valve and the filling machine start and stop control, for various photoelectric switches and liquid levels. The detection of the sensor, etc.; the analog output expansion module measures the motor speed and controls the speed of the inverter. The control form includes two modes: automatic control and manual control. The touch screen is used to set various parameters, such as filling speed. Filling dose, etc.
