Common faults and methods for rotary evaporators

First, the motor does not turn detection content:
1. The indicator light (or digital display) of the electric control box is on, and it is detected whether the external plug connection inside the electric box is loose or broken.
2. The indicator light (or digital display) of the electric control box does not light up.
3. Confirm that there is no abnormality in "1, 2".
4. The inverter is displayed by the high frequency interference "OU".
5. The inverter protection function can be displayed.
Take the method:
1. Re-plug and disconnect the wire.
2. Update the fuse or confirm that there is no abnormality in the power supply.
3. Update the circuit board or electric control box.
4. Complete the ground line or change the work location.
5. Exclude according to the inverter manual P33.
Second, the bath does not heat the test content:
1, the bath is countless.
2. The green indicator of "OUT" or "ON" in the temperature controller is not heated.
3. When the bath temperature is lower than the set temperature, the "OUT" or "ON" green indicator in the temperature controller does not light.
4. “OVER” or “000” is displayed on the temperature controller.
Take the method:
1. Detect the power supply 220V.
2. Change the heating coil. Replace the solid state relay or relay board.
3. Change the temperature controller.
4. Detect probe wiring or update the probe.
Third, the bath temperature detection content:
1. When the bath temperature is higher than the set temperature, the "OUT" or "ON" green indicator in the temperature controller will not be extinguished. (1-2°C is normal)
2. The "OUT" or "ON" green indicator in the temperature controller has been extinguished and heating continues.
3, the digital bath temperature is far lower than the actual bath temperature.
Take the method:
1. Change the temperature controller.
2. Change the solid state relay or relay board.
3. Change the probe or temperature controller.
Fourth, the vacuum can not pump the test content:
1. There is solvent in the container, which is limited by the pressure of the saturated injector.
2. The capacity of the vacuum oil pump is reduced.
3, vacuum tube, joint loose, vacuum gauge leak.
4. The magnetic particle flaw detector is used for holding pressure test. In the absence of any solvent, all external butterfly valves and pipelines are shut off, and the pressure gauge is kept for one minute. The vacuum gauge pointer should not move, indicating that the airtightness is good, and vice versa.
5. There are debris in the discharge valve and pressure control valve.
6. The glass wool cotton sandwich panel is damaged.
Take the method:
1. Empty the solvent and test the empty bottle.
2, vacuum oil pump oil (water), cleaning and maintenance.
3. Detect and eliminate piece by piece along the vacuum line.
4, 1 re-assembly, glass wool cotton sandwich plate grinding, clean, apply vacuum grease, the flange mouth is aligned and tightened.
2 Update the failed seal.
5. Cleaning.
6, update or repair.
Five, motor speed (only the highest speed) detection content:
1. Detect whether the speed measuring generator coil is open circuit. Use a multimeter to measure the seven-pin plug "1, 2" feet (both sides of the positive groove) and the normal resistance is about 400Ω.
2. The generator coil is shorted to the outer casing.
3. The generator magnetic ring does not rotate.
4. The generator magnetic ring is broken.
Take the method:
1. The generator is disconnected, the coil is updated or the trip point is turned on.
2. Loosen the motor generator cover at the rear end to eliminate the short circuit.
3. Tighten the M5 nut.
4. Update the generator magnetic ring.
Sixth, motor heating test content:
1. Motor temperature rise (case temperature - room temperature), △T≤40°C is normal.
2. △T>40°C is treated according to the right method.
3. The flat display part is flashing, indicating that the motor current is overloaded, and it is processed according to the right method 2.
Take the method:
1, do not have to deal with, can continue to use.
2, 1 reduce the stirring blade to reduce the load.
2 Avoid the rotational resonance point.
3 Increase the speed appropriately and use medium speed.
4 Discharge the mechanical part of the abnormal resistance.
5Maintenance of the sealed lubrication part.
