Three aspects of tractor throttle control

The throttle of the tractor is controlled by the driver operating the throttle handle. If the throttle is used improperly, it will not only waste fuel, but also cause some parts to wear out early. The throttle control of the tractor mainly includes the following three aspects: 1. The throttle control when the tractor starts. In general, it is not advisable to use a large throttle when starting the tractor. When there is no load, medium and small throttles are appropriate; when the load is stopped and started, large and medium throttles are appropriate. During transportation and rotary tillage operations, the tractor should be prevented from entering the high-speed operation just after it starts. This can result in breakage of the transmission case chain of the walking tractor and severe wear of the hooks and bolts during the transportation operation, and accidents such as breakage of the rotary drive chain during farmland operations. Second, the throttle control when the tractor uphill. No overload operation is allowed. If the tractor is heavily overloaded, there will be an automatic snake uphill on the uphill. Under normal circumstances, when the tractor is uphill, it uses a large throttle and uses a low gear to maintain a straight uphill slope. If the exhaust pipe runs black smoke on the way uphill, the throttle can be properly reduced to overcome short-term difficulties. If necessary, switch to the lowest speed. Third, the diesel engine throttle control. In general, do not place the throttle at maximum when starting. When starting in summer, the throttle position should be controlled at a medium or slightly higher speed; in winter, due to the low temperature, the throttle can be stopped, the idle crankshaft can be turned several times, and then the throttle at medium or high speed can be used again. Location start. If the diesel engine has not been started for several times, stop the diesel immediately and restart it. If you use a large throttle to start, you should immediately reduce the throttle after starting to prevent the diesel engine from entering high-speed operation immediately after starting, resulting in premature wear or burning of tiles due to poor lubrication.
