Fresh-keeping storage of winter jujube and snow pear

Professor Deng Ximin of China Agricultural University recently invented a new technology for keeping fresh stored winter jujube and snowflake pear. The technology will be stored in fruits below 0 ° C to the temperature of the fruit above the freezing point, relative humidity of more than 90% of the environmental conditions of preservation, can not freeze preservation of fresh jujube 4-6 months, snowflake 8-10 months. After 100 days of storage, the loss of fresh fruit weight is less than 1%. After storage, the fruit is not deformed, and the pulp does not change color. The good fruit rate reaches 80-90%. The fruit still maintains the main nutrient components and fresh food quality. Jujube fruit is rich in nutrients. Fresh dates contain 300-600 mg of vitamin C per 100 grams of fruit flesh. A person can consume only 3 fresh dates each day to obtain vitamin C needed for metabolism. Newly-developed jujube dates at RMB 60 per kilogram. The supply of fresh dates is urgently needed during the Spring Festival of the Chinese New Year on the domestic market. Experts estimate that the market demand for fresh dates exceeds 100,000 tons per year. The use of this technology is expected to achieve the New Year's Day Spring Festival. Like the jujube, the white pear is also a specialty of our country and is deeply loved by people. However, due to the recent sharp increase in pear production, the long-term preservation and storage problems have not been well resolved, sales have been limited, prices have dropped significantly, and the purchase price of autumn pears is only a few cents per kilogram. If the pears are to be kept fresh for a period of storage, the market will be supplied to the next spring and early summer to meet the needs of people. The selling price can be increased to 3-5 yuan per kilogram. Obviously, using this technology to store pears can create considerable economic benefits.
